Facilitating Equity Conversations

Conversations about equity are some of the most difficult for organizations; yet they are necessary for school districts and organizations to initiate and sustain.

Guided facilitation helps people see how they have been socialized and allows the organization’s moral focus to emerge. As a trained NCCJ Facilitrainer, I can help organizations consider how our identities (race, class, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and ability) influence the decisions they make.
